Thank you for choosing W3 Connex, our objective is to provide you with high quality high-speed broadband service.

For basic start up service assistance or any out-of-service condition and for after hours support, please call us 1-888-235-9326.

We monitor and maintain the network and all customer circuits 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

Our normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday for all Residential and Commercial Lite and Basic customers’ service activations and support issues.

For after hours routine service calls, our duty engineer will respond within 4 hours of the beginning of the next business day.

For all other Commercial customers, our support commitments are as detailed in the applicable service level agreement for your specific contracted service.
